The Path that Led Me Here
The burnout cyclesI was a recovering over-achiever who measured my worth by my productivity. For most of my life, I lived up in my head—disconnected from my body, ignoring its signals, and believing I had to earn my right to rest.
Cycles of chronic burnout finally forced me to stop. I was exhausted in a way sleep couldn't fix. I had lost connection to myself, my clarity, my resourcefulness, and most importantly, my joy. I couldn't keep going the way I had been. Something needed to change.
The discoveryThrough discovering breathwork, rest practices, and nervous system regulation, I began a journey back to myself. I learned that my body held wisdom I had been ignoring for years. I discovered that true power doesn't come from pushing harder—it comes from softening, slowing down, and listening inward.
Rest became my doorway to healing. Not just physical rest, but a complete reorientation to how I moved through the world. I began to untangle my self-worth from productivity and reclaim ease as my birthright.
The work I do nowEverything changed when I realized that so many women carry this same exhaustion, this same disconnection from themselves. They're tired of the hustle but don't know another way. They yearn for permission to slow down, breathe, and rest without guilt.
Now I create spaces for women to rest and remember themselves. Through body-based coaching, breathwork, yoga nidra, and nervous system-informed practices, I guide women to reclaim their energy, trust their inner compass, and create lives that nourish rather than deplete them.
This is more than teaching rest practices. It’s about pathways to self-liberation, wholeness, and authentic living.
I envision a world where women live and lead from restful ease and their inner wisdom, so they can be there for what matters most AND their joy-filled life.
My Experience
I've walked the path from chronic burnout to embodied ease, building a whole new story in midlife. This lived experience, combined with my professional training and a trauma-informed approach, shapes how I hold space for the women I support. I blend compassion, structure, and flow…with ease as our compass.

At heart, I’m a globetrotting adventurer with a passion for bridging cultures and creating spaces for healing and growth.
I bring over 25 years of coaching and group facilitation experience across different sectors (personal development, government + non-profit).
I’ve led several groups and retreats across Canada and internationally. I have had the joy of living overseas for 5 years, and explored over 50 countries along the way.
Leading retreats is my absolute favourite thing to do since it allows me to bring together my passions for intercultural exploration, group facilitation and personal/spiritual growth!
