Initial Conversation
Book a free 30-minute discovery call, where we’ll get to know each other and see if we’re a good fit. I’ll send a form to fill out before the call. After our chat, if it feel like a right fit, I’ll send over a coaching agreement.

Investment
Depending on the coaching duration, we determine a monthly payment plan that works for your budget. See this as a wise investment in your well-being, similar to a day trip to recharge, but with a lasting impact.

Scheduling
We schedule our mini-retreat and feel into the direction of your coaching together. We will then schedule our bi-weekly coaching sessions. These are typically 90 minutes long and held over Zoom or in person when possible.

Rested Renewal
$2500 CAD
A three-month sanctuary to pause, replenish, and reconnect.
Six 90-minute sessions (bi-weekly over 12 weeks)
You'll have space to rest in each session, explore the body as a site of wisdom, uncover cultural conditioning, and experiment with small restful steps.
You'll discover a gentler rhythm and rest practices that support this season of your life while deepening trust in your body's wisdom.
Rising in Rested Power
$6000 CAD
A six-month journey into deeper transformation and rested sovereignty.
Twelve 90-minute sessions (bi-weekly over 24 weeks)
Built on the foundation of Rested Renewal, this container offers expanded space to unhook from cultural conditioning and gently build and rewire your rested sovereignty in your day to day life. You'll rise from your Rested Power.
Bonus: Complimentary participation in a 21 or 40 Days of Rest program.

This is coaching. It's not therapy, and it's not a substitute for therapy or medication. This work is for women who are ready to reclaim their inner wisdom through support, flexible structure, and care.
Together, we'll use body-based inquiry and nervous system-informed coaching to help you move forward. While we may gently acknowledge the past, our focus is on empowering you to make choices steeped in rest, grounded courage, and clarity.

You don't need any experience. This coaching is about more than getting enough rest—it's about uncovering the possibilities for a more rested and easeful way of being, doing, and living. We use an in-body coaching approach that cultivates your body's wisdom and knowing. I'll guide you gently, and many of the practices we'll do involve lying down in a restful way in a cozy setting. The vibe is restful, easeful, and gentle exploration.

In our first session (mini retreat), we explore your intentions and desires for our coaching time. Each session includes a component of guided rest (breathing, yoga nidra, body scan, stillness, etc.) followed by embodied coaching explorations and exercises tailored to your goals and what's arising for you. Sessions are held over Zoom (or in person when possible in Fergus/Elora, ON), so you can be in the comfort of your own home.

Meet Charmaine
I support women to reclaim rest and live an empowered, joy-filled life.
My journey into this work began after cycles of chronic burnout forced me to find another way. As a recovering over-achiever who spent most of my life measuring my worth by productivity, I discovered that my true power rises from being rested and grounded, not hustling.
Through breathwork, rest, and reconnecting with my body, I found my way home to myself. Now I guide women on this same journey through body-based coaching, nervous system regulation, and rest practices.
I'm an accredited Breathwork Practitioner, certified Rested Path Coach (ICF), and Daring to Rest Yoga Nidra Facilitator. I hold my clients with the deep compassion and presence of someone who has walked this path too.
The women I support often describe their journey with me as a homecoming—a return to themselves and a way of living that feels rooted, spacious, and aligned with what matters most.
