Relax and rest your way into your heart's desires for this shared journey together.
02 | Six Bi-Weekly Group Sessions
2-hour online sessions where we'll explore rest practices, body-based inquiry, and create space for reflection and connection.
03 | Six Guided Yoga Nidra Sessions
Bi-weekly deep rest sessions to unwind from your week and replenish as a group.
04 | Downloadable Rest Practices
A toolbox of guided breathwork, sleep meditations, and rest practices to match your time and lifestyle.
05 | Nervous System Tools & Strategies
Science-based tools for regulation and strategies to support you in living from a fuller cup and reclaiming your time.
06 | Community & Support
Optional WhatsApp community for daily connection—a private space to share intentions, celebrate wins, and be witnessed. Plus the option of pairing with a Support Sister.

We meet bi-weekly over 3 months for 2-hour group sessions and 1-hour relaxation sessions (yoga nidra).
Recordings will be available if you can’t make it live. You'll also have access to optional downloadable practices to use at your own pace throughout the week.
The time you invest in personal practice is up to you and what feels nourishing.
Our time together is super relaxing, you can even do our sessions lying down if you’d like. Whatever way feels most restful to you.

We do encourage you to attend as many of the live bi-weekly sessions as you can, however all sessions are recorded, so you can catch up in your own time if you're unable to attend live.
